Hi, I’m Mattie -
the founder, stylist, and the eye behind Honey Curated Home, a Tupelo-based interior styling service and vintage decor studio dedicated to spaces that are as collected as they are considered.
Growing up in the Mississippi Delta, I was surrounded by southern interiors that felt deeply personal — layered with heirlooms, history, and an effortless elegance that invited you in. That sensibility never left me, and those gracious spaces continue to shape my style.
An early career on Capitol Hill deepened my appreciation for classical lines, architectural detail, and the kind of quiet grandeur that stands the test of time. My weekends in Washington were usually spent at an estate sale or chasing an online find - still my favorite hobbies.
I moved with my husband and joined a family retail business, where my passion for beautiful things and the people who love them quietly became something more. Customers began asking if I could bring my eye into their homes, and Honey expanded into custom sourcing, styling, and interior decoration. Those first small projects gently opened the door to pursuing this lifelong passion. Today, I’m filled with gratitude for each client who shares my love for authentic spaces and, of course, one-of-a-kind vintage decor.
Every project begins with the same intention: to create a home that feels intentional, layered, and entirely your own. Working with what you have, meeting you where you are, and finding more of what you love.
My mantra:
